Primary Job Skill: Behavioral Health
Residential Care Supervisor 1 (2nd Shift Y) Qualifications: 24 months training or 24 months experience in providing care to patients and/or participating in development and/or carrying out of patients' habilitation plans. Preferably for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental disability, and in implementing and carrying out the same.

Knowledge of ICF/IID (Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities) standards of resident care, DODD policies, and developmental center policies; supervisory principles and techniques; employee training and development; agency or facility policies and procedures regarding patient care activities; human relations.
Skill in direct care procedures such as taking vital signs, rendering tub baths, appropriate lifting and positioning procedures, and first aid. Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records, understand technical manuals and verbal instructions regarding patient care, gather, collate and classify information about data, people or things, prepare meaningful, concise and accurate reports, cooperate with co-workers on group projects, and establish a friendly atmosphere as supervisor of the work area.
