Job Description

Pay Range:

$20/hr-$25.64/hr; the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Job Description:

This position supports the Finance and Operations manager with auditing account reconciliations, reviewing and proofing reimbursement requests for accuracy, and filtering incoming requests to the appropriate finance team member.

This position will also assist staff with Account requests and will work independently most of the time.
Associates degree with 2 years' experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
Workday experience preferred in a University setting.
Proficiency with Google G-suite and/or Microsoft word, excel
A team player who is able to multitask and provide a high level of service.
Highly organized with an ability to problem solve and prioritize workloads while maintaining careful attention to detail.
Finance and workday experience would be ideal.
Organizational, Administrative, Finance and Time management skills.
Workday experience in a University setting
