- Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues
- Investigate end users' preference while making build decisions
- Analyze business operations as they relate to build decisions
- Analyze new functionality in releases to determine how it should be used

- Engages with other teams in coordination of work effort.
- Assist with onboarding and precepting Level I analysts.
- Act independently and manage meetings as needed.

- Health Care experience preferred but not required
- Expected to achieve software certification based on vendor recommendations and department requirements for application(s) supported within 6 months

- Demonstrates the ability to probe for information about the underlying needs of the organization and user community, which directly influences how the system will be built.
- Has gained and able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the software and how it meets customer needs.
- Possesses an understanding of computer system capabilities to address process requirements.
- Ability to integrate process steps and handoffs across disciplines / departments and drive teams to decisions.
- Skilled at problem solving.
- Strong communication skills - written and oral.
