- Work with Telephony components and architecture
- Identify and terminate phone lines
- Install and test phone equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot voice and fax related issues
- Work with end users to provide excellent customer service/teamwork skill
- Familiarity with Cisco Call Manager or Cisco CCNA training
- Understanding of Network components and architecture
- Familiarity with programming and operation of call accounting systems
- Understanding of troubleshooting voice issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Understanding of VoIP and network concepts
- Valid Driver's License and ability to operate a vehicle.
- Candidate must provide basic hand/telecommunications tools (7/16 nut driver or socket set, telecom snips, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.)
