    Cerner Key Responsibilities:

    Inpatient Critical Care:
    Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in an inpatient setting. Manage 18-20 patients per shift, ensuring timely assessments, treatments, and follow-ups. Collaborate with attending physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Participate in patient rounding to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient record management.


    Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
    Work closely with a team of specialists, including intensivists, to provide coordinated and effective care. Engage in regular communication with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand their condition and treatment plan.


    Critical Care Skills:
    Perform critical care procedures as required, such as central line placement, arterial line placement, and intubation. Manage complex cases with confidence, drawing on your experience in critical care and intensive care settings.

    Stay updated on the latest best practices and protocols in critical care to provide the best possible care to your patients.
