Job Overview
As part of our Nursing leadership team, you'll oversee a key function or process that supports our Nursing operations. This role requires management of a major function or multiple smaller functions, providing essential business support to our Nursing teams. You may also be responsible for managing multiple Nursing units, reporting to senior leadership at the site.
This role has a significant impact and involves leading less than 50 team members across multiple Nursing units. You'll work with Clinical Managers and other senior staff to drive performance improvement, ensure effective staffing, manage finances, enhance staff capabilities, and deliver outstanding customer service within designated units/services. Compliance with regulatory standards is crucial, and you'll collaborate with the healthcare team to align activities with organizational objectives.
As a Manager Patient Services, you'll play a vital role in promoting operational efficiency within the Nursing department. This includes policy development, procedure implementation, performance evaluation, and budget management. You'll provide leadership in setting and achieving departmental goals, oversee personnel actions for your area(s), and ensure compliance with all established standards.
