What We Are Looking ForBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of tax experience, with a focus on real estate taxation.
Proven track record of managing tax compliance for large residential portfolios.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex tax matters to senior management.
