    Fleet Admin Role Description:

    Responsibilities:Act as a point of contact for multiple locationsProvide support to managers, techs and outside team members for anything needed by marketProvide support with admin work for multiple locations- PM's, rentals, scheduling, outside service repairs, training, KPI tracking, operational readiness, vendor management, parts rooms, pending sale/scrap and anything else needed within the marketWork in multiple computer programs on a daily basisMaintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in the handling of sensitive and confidential information, as well as with documents.
    Maintain documents in relationship with auditsAct as a point of contact for outside vendorsOrganize & maintain files and suppliesAssist with onboarding new hiresAbility to work in a very fast paced, ever changing environmentAd hoc support and requests as applicable

    Required skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years' work exp.
    Proficient knowledge of O365 including Power Point, Excel, Word, Teams, Zoom, and the ability to learn other technologies as neededAbility to multitask and work under pressure, keeping up with shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracyWork independently with minimal supervisionPhysical Requirements of the position (ability to lift, bend, walk, stand, stoop etc) in locations that will have parts room responsibilities
