R&D,

Engineering and Manufacturing Development team of 10 technical people.

This role will report to the

Director, Manufacturing Engineering.

Note 1:
The

MES
(Manufacturing Execution System)

software used is

Aegis - FactoryLogix

integrated into the

complete business
ERP
(Enterprise Resource Planning)

software system using

Oracle – NetSuite.

Summary:
Seeking to hire an

Enterprise Implementation /
MESEngineer.
The ideal candidate has experience in the implementation of

MESand/or Enterprise

Software and can integrate manufacturing specification and quality inspection processes, effectively eliminating the need for written/paper data collection and analytics.

Validation of the integration process is required.
Work with a team of manufacturing engineers and other stakeholders.

Job Description:
Lead the design, development, documentation, testing, and implementation of

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Plan and Implement AEGIS Factorylogix
MESsystem

tailored to the manufacturing processes and operations, resulting in an effective and regulatory compliant paperless process. Lead and directly contribute to the implementation in collaboration with a cross-functional team
Author documents to develop
MESworkflow and Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR) to aid in the
MESimplementation process
Participate in the testing of the
MESand provide hands-on support to Manufacturing on the use of the MES
Coordinate and align within the Engineering staff, end users and IT team, and software vendor to optimize usability and resolve issues
Ensure the seamless integration of the
MESsystem with other business systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the
MESsystem. Monitor system performance, address technical issues, and implement upgrades or modifications when necessary to ensure smooth operations
Develop analytics for operational data collected from various sources such as machines, equipment, and sensors to enhance the production process and optimize operation

Candidate Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in

engineering, information technology , or a related field.
3years

of experience in

MESapplications

for

manufacturing industry

and handling

MES
integration with other systems/packages
Experience

starting up New
MESsystem

from ground up as needed in this role
Prior and current experience with

MESimplementation in a manufacturing

domain required
Independent, self-starter who works cross functionally with other functions, engineering, operations, IT, and quality
Expert knowledge of manufacturing execution systems

(MES), relational databases,

and workflows
Proven ability to develop current state process mapping, target state process definition, and business and functional requirement specifications for generating
MESimplementation plan
Requires interdisciplinary knowledge in industrial automation and manufacturing IT, as well as extensive experience with production processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are crucial for identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies

Knowledge and experience working in a

GMP/GDP

environment
Experience in

Medical Device / Life Science

Industry
Experience with CSV (Computerized systems validation).

PCB Assembly

Batch Processing

application.
Experience with any factory automation system using

PLC/DCS/HMI.
