Job Summary
Cannabis Inventory Specialist responsible for overseeing tracking maintaining accurate cannabis inventory in compliance with state regulations ensuring product integrity accurate reporting smooth coordination with day-to-day retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cannabis inventory counts audits reconciliations ensure full compliance with state tracking systems e.g. METRC receive log label store cannabis products accurately support all vault to floor stock movement complete timely execution of product to support floor sales monitor inventory levels report discrepancies losses immediately coordinate handle all deliveries processing transfers help support all inventory related tasks maintain proper documentation for compliance inspections manage Metrc tasks related processes store related compliance train staff on inventory procedures compliance requirements follow procedures standards for all inventory related systems responsible executing daily related tasks dispensary existing procedures policies standards ensure compliance Cannabis Control Commission regulations implement control best practices reduce waste shrinkage assist product recalls destruction returns when necessary support team excellent customer service other duties assigned such budtender needed
