Amazing opportunity to join a growing health plan to lead the development and implementation of clinical operations programs and procedures. This executive will also create and maintain a strong compliance culture with the clinical team. They will also help grow and develop a clinical team in operations, financial acumen, utilization management, risk adjustment, HEDIS and STARs program.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree in health or business field
• 5+ years of experience in medical management clinical review processes. (STARS, HEDIS etc)
• Exceptional managerial experience.
• Strong experience working in health plans with Medicare programs.
• Ability and willingness to be office-based/onsite in Boston for the role.
