    About the Team

    We are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing TikTok Global Legal HR team based in Seattle.

    As an HR Business Partner, you will support your organization's teams across the entire talent lifecycle.

    The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, and aid in establishing an efficient organizational design.

    To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department.

    We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.


    Specifically, you will:

    • Coach employees and teams on peoplerelated matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and highperforming team dynamics.
    • Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; execute a goalsetting agenda with 360 performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibration process.
    • Manage HR processes such as transfers, organizational changes, data and reporting, system changes, and more.
    • Measure and monitor trends and the impact of key HR metric/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.
    • Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues; ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures; partner with Employee Relations and Legal departments to support investigations, as needed.
    • Leverage the COEs (HR Centers of Excellence) to develop and implement programs that foster employee engagement, D&I, and success.
    • Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity and Inclusion throughout the organization, including the rollout of action plans and guiding leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees.
    • Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business.
    • Global travel will be a requirement of the position.
    Qualifications


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of corporate experience as an HR Business Partner with 3+ years of global corporate HR experience supporting Legal, or similar Corporate Services functions.
    • Experience supporting international clients, stakeholders, and colleagues globally across North & South America, Europe, and Asia.
    • Must have experience with organizational transformations, change management, and/or M&A.
    • Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs while balancing business objectives.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated progression and increased scope in a matrix, highgrowth organization.
    • The ability to work autonomously, build strong stakeholder partnerships regionally and globally, and influence without authority.
    • Passionate about telling stories based on both quantitative and qualitative data findings.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $280800 annually.


    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

    Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
