    What You Should Know About the LPN

    Float Role:
    The LPN Care Manager is a DRIVING position.
    This is a Full-Time Days position, 8A-4:30P; 40 hours/week.
    In this role you will travel throughout Marysville/Plain City
    We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.

    The LPN Float Essential Duties Are:
    We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities.

    The LPN Care Manager will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN.

    You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.

    Qualifications:
    Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
    One year of nursing experience preferred.
    CPR Certified.
    Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
    Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
    Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
    State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
