    Description


    Red Oak Recovery (Leicester, NC) specializes in the treatment of young adult males, ages 18-30, and are a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and mental health treatment program.

    The leadership team of Red Oak Recovery is made up of recognized experts in the field of mental health who specialize in the integration of wilderness and experiential therapy, substance abuse, trauma, and mental health treatment.

    We are seeking a Family Therapist who can provide individualized support to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.


    Responsibilities:


    Carry an active assigned caseloadDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and families on assigned caseloadComplete a thorough assessment of the family system and prescribe a documented growth plan and upload to EMRConduct family education and support phone calls weekly with each client on caseloadComplete weekly progress note uploaded to EMRProvide Psycho-educational groups to clientsAttend weekly clinical meeting on campusCollaborate with clinical director and each primary therapist of your caseload on a weekly basis, ensuring optimum outcomes for clientDevelop and maintain relationships with referring professionalsCo-facilitate multifamily workshops to educate families, assist families in building healthy relationships and developing healthy communication skillsDevelop and implement webinars as educational tools for family membersCo-facilitate client graduations on campus when client family is present for graduation.

    Provide crisis intervention/support to familiesFacilitate weekly family support callsJob Type:
    Full-timeSalary: $62, $75,000.00 Schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOn callWork setting:In-person

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Master's degree in human service fieldLicensed as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT or license eligibleExperience in facilitating group therapyExperience with experiential therapyCurrent CPR/AED/Basic First Aid certification (training provided)

    Current Nonviolent Crisis intervention certification (training provided)Preferred Qualifications:
    LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT and LCAS or pursuing LCASDual licensed in both addiction and mental health treatment (or willing to seek both)
