    This is a remote position.

    About the Opportunity: Do you excel in delivering top-notch customer service while paying meticulous attention to detail? We're on the lookout for a Virtual Concierge and Reservationist to become an integral part of our team. Your role will revolve around orchestrating accommodations and overseeing room reservations for our esteemed clientele.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage hotel reservations, handle inquiries, facilitate bookings, and confirm room availability
    • Engage with guests via phone, email, and virtual platforms, assisting with reservation queries, adjustments, and cancellations
    • Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, promptly addressing any special requests or concerns
    • Process reservations, capture payment details, and issue invoices or receipts as required.
