- Respond to field requests and draft communications to preserve/support operational equities.
- Communicate and support operational requirements; provide interface between customer equities at home, in the field, and with other agencies on a geographic or transnational issue.
- Manage and track cases; draft, coordinate, and/or monitor intelligence reports and production; provide timely guidance, including identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis using customer tools and databases; and demonstrate knowledge and/or proficiency in a geographical area or substantive issue.
- Coordinate complex issues and actions across the customer organization and the broader Intelligence Community
- Direct work experience requisite with Labor Category Level (12 years for level 4; 20 years for level 5).
- Bachelor's degree or additional 5 years of relevant customer work experience in lieu of degree.
- Customer-specific writing experience.
- Experience with HUMINT sources and collections.
- Familiarity with intelligence operations, analysis, and support to field operations.

CLEARANCE:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to apply Torin is seeking qualified experienced Operations Advisors to support our customer's challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area for several classified programs
Applicants should have demonstrated experience within the IC or other government agencies to be considered
Operations Advisor candidates will have prior experience with the full HUMINT cycle and be able to provide guidance and operational support while leveraging their own operational experience to provide context and perspective to current operational challenges and opportunities
Potential candidates will also bring experience in a region or functional area to help mentor less experienced officers in these specialized fields
Strong briefing and writing skills, and the ability to work well with a team or individually with minimal supervision are preferred
