    Fixed shift assignments on days or nights (no back and forth) and a 2-week rotating schedule pattern, working 12hr shifts, equates to only 15 working days per month as a full-time associatePeace of Mind: We've been in the community for 20 years & offer job stability through market uncertaintyAdvancement: We prioritize promotion from withinComfort: Our food-grade facility is exceptionally clean & climate-controlledYou WillLead production processes for assigned cell area, operating a variety of top-of-the-line extrusion & blow-molding manufacturing equipment in a clean, safe & climate-controlled environmentMonitor equipment, making adjustments to settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.) to produce high-quality rigid plastic containersTroubleshoot equipment & perform routine preventative maintenanceAssure Plastipak customer requirements are met by performing quality checks for specifications, such as bottle weights & dimensionsYou HaveAbility to work the following schedule: 6:45am - 7:15pm or 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off.

    This equates to two 3-day weekends off every monthHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
    A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience operating production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
    Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics and advanced mechanical aptitude.
    Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve.
