    Description

    This national Health System with locations in Birmingham and Mobile, AL is seeking a Board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine (or Family Medicine) physician to serve as a Hospitalist for its hospital in Mobile, AL. Job features include the following.

    1. Increased census
    2. Everyone paid same: $305 base + $25K paid bi-annually based on patient satisfaction and length of stay
    3. $15K sign-on, $10k moving expense
    4. No PTO
    5. Prefer IM, will take FM with Hospitalist experience
    6. Not willing to sponsor a visa
    7. 18 shifts per month
    8. 12 shifts: leave after rounding around 2 p.m.
    9. 6 shifts: 7 a – 7p, 3 days + 7p -7a, 3 nights
    10. NPs do majority of admits
    11. Excellent earning potential
    12. 20-22 patients per shift
    13. Rapid response & code team to run codes
    14. Open ICU with large pulmonary intensivist group as primary caregivers
    15. 13 rural hospitals feed Providence Hospital
    16. Clinical autonomy with a financially sound health system
    17. EMR System – Cerner
    18. Located on the Gulf Coast
    19. 18 shifts per month
