    The Administrative Analyst will serve in direct support of the Program Manager and CIO and will work to support the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Aid in the establishment of department best practices.
    • Determine and document user requirements for business processes.
    • Track and manage organizational taskers.
    • Track and manage on and off boarding activities.
    • Create and provide daily and weekly work reports as required for management.
    • Process and track minor purchase orders.
    • Ensure department compliance with timekeeping systems.
    • Coordinate visitor passes, parking and overall base access.
    • Engage directly with department heads to coordinate meeting attendance and availability.
    • Assist with setup and presentation of monthly meetings.
    • Coordinate new staff training.
    • Maintain organizational charts, document templates and department SOPs.
    • Manage organization of department shared drives.
    • Manage CIO and IT department calendars.
    • Record meeting minutes as designated.

    Required Skills:

    • Knowledge of DoD onboarding process, including TASS.

    Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of DMLSS
    • Knowledge of DMHRSi and ATAPPS systems

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of administrative support experience.
    • Bachelors degree and/or equivalency.
    • Experience with Microsoft suite, specifically Microsoft Project.
    • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
