- Support of communications and change management activities to include development and dissemination of communications products and resources,
- Support of logistics to include scheduling of talent management panels, coordination with key stakeholders, and providing updates to client leadership,
- Support of training and resource development and facilitation for the internal team, program stakeholders, and client leadership,
- Support of annual talent management program evaluations to include survey question development, stakeholder engagement, leadership interviews, consolidation and analysis of feedback, and development of final reports and recommendations.
- An active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance,
- 3-5 years of Human Capital experience,
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent,
- On-site support required at Joint Base Anacostia-Boiling, Washington, D.C.,
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships with professionalism,
- Ability to execute tasks with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Experience developing and delivering support for Talent Management (Promotions, Performance Management, or Career Development) are helpful for this position.
