    Description

    The Business Development Coordinator (GracePort Panel Interface Connector Sales) is responsible for fostering and building mutually beneficial relationships with current customers while simultaneously building new customer relationships and generating new sales for our GracePort product line.

    What You'll Do

    • Drive leads from target account lists utilizing CRM system (HubSpot) by executing warm and cold outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings, in person meetings and text messaging campaigns from interest to sale.
    • Research potential target accounts and generate new customer contacts.
    • Work with customers to assess their needs, engineer solutions, and explain product offerings through engaging sale presentations.
    • Document all customer interactions, including deals meetings, and applications in CRM system (HubSpot).
    • Experiment and innovate new ways to engage customers and drive sales within our GracePort Panel Interface Connector line.
    • Represent Grace Technologies and engage with customers and vendors at assigned trade shows and other events.
    • Regularly conduct manufacturer representative and distributor product and sales training.
    • Provide additional support to the sales team as needed.

    What You'll Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in industrial sales, inside or outside sales
    • Valid US Driver's license.
    • Ability to travel up to 50% annually.
    • Strong analytical and technical competency.
    • High level understanding of industry related terms and standards.
    • Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
    • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
    • Multilingual is a plus

    Language Skills

    Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation. Ability to efficiently use Google translate to support customers in other languages.

    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as pricing, quotes, and discounts. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to solve practical issues involving a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Computer Skills

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have sufficient knowledge of industry accepted ERP and CRM system, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook. A general understanding of industry SCADA systems and other communication protocols would be helpful.
