    ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.

    Job Details:


    • Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

    • On-call required with average of 8-10 call shifts per month including 1 full weekend of coverage

    • Must have 2 years of experience in catheterization lab (cannot have IR only experience)

    • Must have experience in both Cath Lab and IR Lab

    • First-time travelers accepted

    • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS

    • NY license required in hand to submit

    • EPIC experience is a hard requirement

    • 40 hours of orientation provided

    • Scrubs are provided

    • Care for adult and geriatric patients requiring cardiac catheterization procedures (diagnostic or intervention)

    • Handle IR lab patients requiring drains, tubes, kyphoplasty, biopsies

    • Perform extensive cardiac and interventional procedures including cardiac stent placement, diagnostic catheterizations, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, PCI procedures

    • Manage interventional radiology procedures including liver biopsy, paracentesis, nephrostomy, renal angiography, chest tube placement

    • Administer procedural sedation and monitor patients

    • Work with specialized equipment including IV infusion pumps, 12 Lead EKG, implanted ports

    • Two procedure rooms available with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams

The facility maintains advanced cardiac and interventional capabilities with specialized equipment for complex procedures including cardiac interventions, vascular procedures, and interventional radiology services. The organization supports a collaborative care environment with extensive interdisciplinary teams and modern technology to deliver high-quality patient care.
