    Description
    Duties:
    • Seeking a experienced LCSW, to conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
    • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address clients' mental health concerns.
    • Document client progress and treatment interventions in accordance with medical documentation standards.
    • Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes.
    • Provide addiction counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
    • Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques in mental health counseling.
    • Provide counseling services to individuals with special education needs or developmental disabilities.
    • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in behavioral health interventions.

    Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
    • Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
    • Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans.
    • Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping.
    • Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to handle high-stress situations.
    • Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and techniques.
    • Familiarity with various mental health counseling modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy.
    • Understanding of special education systems and ability to provide counseling services to individuals with special needs.
    • Proficient in motivational interviewing techniques to promote behavior change.
    • Strong research skills to stay updated on best practices in behavioral health.
