ROLE DESCRIPTION
LaVonne Gorsuch Insurance Agency is seeking a friendly, organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and retaining customers. As a team member with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and reliability equip you for this versatile position. We're looking for a team member who exhibits a commitment to helping people and can work fluidly in an environment that requires the balancing of multiple responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish genuine customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
• General Office/Administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service
• Must have or obtain current Colorado Property and Casualty License
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Interested in marketing products and services based on the individual, specific needs of our clients
