    Job Details

    Radiologic Technologist role involving X-Ray technology.
    Job Requirements


    BLS certification required.

    ARRT certification required.
    Massachusetts state licensure required with primary source verification within 30 days of start date.
    N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually.
    Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required.
    Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 1- April 30).
    TB skin test or equivalent within 3 months of start date, updated if break >6 months.
    Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
    Criminal background checks including MGB Criminal Background Check, Massachusetts CORI, National Sex Offender Check, and Exclusion Checks required.

    Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test.

    Strongly preferred Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity or declination.
    Schedule Information

    Schedule:
    Saturday and Sunday 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM, Monday and Tuesday 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM.
    Additional Details

    AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military
    BLS accepted; some facilities prefer AHA only.
    No religious exemptions for N95 fit testing.
    Documentation requirements for vaccines and health screenings.
    References and skills checklist required for submission.
    Resume and confirmation of assignment forms required.
