As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with excellent service, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
    • Providing accurate information to customers' inquiries and resolving their concerns.
    • Assisting customers with product or service-related issues.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed.
    • Following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
    • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
    • Adhering to call center scripts, policies, and procedures.
    • Meeting or exceeding performance targets such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

    Requirements:
