- Environmental Monitoring and Utilities Sampling/Testing:
- Carry out environmental monitoring in controlled cleanroom environments.
- Perform utilities sampling and testing, including Total Organic Carbon (TOC) and conductivity tests.
- Handle sample and equipment transportation weighing up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Microbial Identification:
- Conduct tests for microbial identification to bolster contamination control and product quality assurance.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Follow all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies pertaining to GxP to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Execute tasks precisely as outlined in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Data Integrity requirements.
- Training and Development:
- Complete assigned training within specified timelines and uphold necessary qualifications.
- Stay informed about regulatory updates and advancements in laboratory methodologies.
- Additional Duties:
- Undertake other relevant responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor to assist the team and company objectives.
- Education:
- BS or BA degree in a pertinent scientific field (e.g., Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry).
- Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency or capability to grasp GxP regulations (GMP, GLP, GCP, GVP, or other relevant standards).
- Experience with aseptic techniques and gowning procedures in cleanroom environments.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior involvement in an environmental monitoring or laboratory technician role in a cGMP-regulated setting.
- Familiarity with microbial identification methods and equipment.

We are looking for a meticulous Laboratory Technician with expertise in cGMP to be part of our Environmental Monitoring Team.
