- Escort clients to/from scheduled telehealth appointments at school
- Troubleshoot technical issues for clients during appointments
- Provide assistance to clients during therapy sessions per clinical team
- Document client care interactions
- Implement guidelines, procedures and program rules accurately
- Encourage positive relationships between clients and providers
- Participate in staffings to identify problems and set treatment goals
- Exercise judgment in providing rapid crisis intervention
- Provide follow-up including for missed appointments, outreach as needed
- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in human services or related field
- Obtain valid driver's license within 2 weeks of employment
- Access to personal vehicle for occasional client transport
- Auto insurance including liability and uninsured motorist coverage

Job Summary:
In this role, you will support clients receiving telehealth appointments in the school setting.
As a School Based Behavioral Technician, your key responsibilities include providing care coordination by escorting clients to/from therapy sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting clients during sessions as directed by the clinical team, documenting interactions, implementing procedures consistently, encouraging positive relationships, participating in staffings to establish treatment goals, providing crisis intervention, and ensuring comprehensive follow-up.
