As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hidden Gems ABA, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our organizational goals.

You will work closely with department heads and C-level executives to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads and C-level executives to determine staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.

Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and professional organizations.

Stay informed about industry trends, market salary rates, and best practices in talent acquisition.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fast-paced


ABA
environment.

Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

HR experience/familiarity is a plus.
