    Position Summary:

    The Financial/Acquisitions Analyst position will assist in providing financial projections and analyses supporting the company's acquisition, planning, budgeting, financing and accounting activities. The candidate will be involved in all facets of the acquisitions process, including but not limited to the coordination and analysis of financial underwriting, market analyses, and other due diligence efforts. He or she will also assist in identifying viable properties to acquire. The payment structure will be a base salary with bonus. This is an entrepreneurial role and the individual must be a self-starter that wants to grow both the company and personally.

    Responsibilities:

    · Underwriting/due diligence/modeling of new acquisitions

    · Market research and feasibility analysis

    · Acquiring and analyzing information on cost to complete, off-site and development requirements, ownership and legal records, zoning, traffic, permitting regulations, comparable sales, demographics, product mix analysis and the like.

    · Work with Managing Principals, SVPs and Senior Management to establish pricing, structure deal terms and to prepare and execute LOIs.

    · Oversee preparation of overview and investment presentations.

    · Maintain and foster relationships with land owners, brokers, engineers, builders and developers.

    • Prepare and maintain project business plans on select owed projects
    • Perform financial analyses to aid in decision making
    • Perform quarterly variance analyses and reprojections

    Minimum Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in real estate, business, accounting or finance

    · Proficiency in financial modeling

    · Advance Microsoft Excel skills

    · Strong research, writing, problem solving and analytical capacities

    · Ability to travel
