    We are a premier fondue restaurant located on York Road in Uptown, Towson.

    At the Melting Pot, fondue truly becomes a memorable dining experience where guests can dip into something different - and discover all the ingredients to a relaxed atmosphere, private tables, attentive service, fine wines, and signature fondue dinners.

    Our mission is to provide the Perfect Night Out to our guests and a positive work environment to our team members. We offer extremely competitive pay and the opportunity to cross train and grow. Our hours of operation are family and student friendly. We are looking for both full and part time. The Melting Pot in Towson is a great supplemental income job for those with day jobs or are in school.

    The average guest spend is $55 per person, which means strong earning potential. The Melting Pot specializes in celebrations, date nights, anniversaries, promotions, birthdays, special events, etc. Dining at the Melting Pot is a celebration Be ready to deliver service that is genuinely part of a special occasion.

    No restaurant experience required. Previous serving or customer service positions a plus

    Requirements
    • Serve guests with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
    • Adhere to and maintain company policies and standards.
    • Understand the menu and be ready to answer guests' questions and suggest recommendations.
    • Follow all service sequences to exceed guests' expectations, making their evening extra special.
    • Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with their experience and receiving the Perfect Night Out.
    • Perform opening, running, and closing sidework assignments.
