Formulate solutions to problems by conducting proj. research by visiting job sites, verifying proj. design compliance & conducting preliminary site studies. Collaborate w/certified landscape architect to identify & solve problems & clarify proj. objectives. Plan, organize & supervise development & prep. of designs & specs. while working w/deadlines. Evaluate problems & recommend solutions. Study & analyze info. about alternative courses of action. Specify computational methods to be applied to proj. models by operating CAD or drafting station. Generate analysis & produce sample designs, drawings, charts, records, diagrams, renderings, & sketches. Perform validation & testing of models to ensure adequacy. Define requirements, gather & validate info. & apply judgment & research results, when analyzing building codes, proj. requirements & technical reports. Gather information related to proj. sustainability or efficiency. Know & understand scope of each project. Exp. Reqd.
