    Contract To Hire

    Security Clearance:
    Currently hold or have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust.

    A DHS/FEMA clearance is preferred

    Position Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree.

    Demonstrated experience leading, designing, and supporting ICAM architecture and systems engineering.

    Experience in securely applying identity, access, and authentication best practices in a federal environment.


    Knowledge of Single-Sign On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Active Directory (AD), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and identity federation and governance.

    Experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) requirements and lifecycle management.

    Ability to apply ICAM security principles to Personal Identity Verification (PIV)-enabled enterprise architecture components.

    Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    Currently hold or have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust is required.

    Employment with Dignari is contingent upon successfully being granted the suitability from DHS..

    Knowledge of DHS Integrated Security Management System (ISMS) and Access Lifecycle Management (ALM) is a plus.

    Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture is a plus.


    Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 Vaccination or have accommodation documents completed by the date of hire to be considered.

    Proof of vaccination is required

    Technical Expertise:
    Experience in ICAM architecture and systems engineering.

    Experience with SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, and Splunk.

    Understanding of secure identity, access, and authentication best practices in a federal environment.


    Knowledge of Single-Sign On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Active .Directory, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and identity federation and governance.

    Knowledge of DHS Integrated Security Management System (ISMS) and Access Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Zero Trust Architecture would be advantageous
