- Work on newly completed floors assisting associates
- Patrol the floors looking for yellow stickers on desk points and determine if there is an issue
- Testing desk points that have a yellow sticker and removing the yellow stickers
- Documenting any issues resolved and create documentation if not a user error
- Creating and resolving service now tickets for the work they are complete
- Work with the Neighborhood leads on each floor
- Push the monitor driver via MECM or assist a person with the driver install from Software Center of associates that are visiting or were missed on the driver deployment
- Assist users with device connectivity
- 1+ year of Deskside Support experience
- High level proficiency using Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Chrome
- Must have hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal skills to work with customers
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
