- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems thoroughly with minimal call-backs
- Ability to assist with install
- Communicate effectively and professionally with our customers
- Update notes, times and other pertinent information in the service dispatching software
- Run after-hours calls as required
- Collaborate with the team, manager and sales for customer recommendations
- Technical degree in HVAC systems preferred and 5+ years' experience in HVAC systems; candidates with a combination of education and directly related experience will also be considered.
- Must possess the EPA608 Universal license
- Must possess the 410 A Certification
- Willing to travel out of Albuquerque area
- Ability to work in outside elements (weather)
- Must possess electrical knowledge and skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a great attitude and have a professional appearance
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Will be required to pass a background check and drug test
