    As a member of the CubeSmart Self-Storage team, your role will involve overseeing and preserving the property. This requires a blend of customer service abilities and property maintenance skills.

    The Role of Assistant Property Manager includes....

    Customer Service:
    • Build lasting customer connections by understanding self-storage needs and delivering fitting solutions with exceptional service.
    • Engage with customers in person, provide top-notch assistance, and establish rapport.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and metrics.
    • Conduct property checks and showcase units to customers.
    • Operate independently and as part of a team to rent self-storage spaces, merchandise sales, oversee leasing procedures, process payments via our Point-of-Sale System (POS), handle daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls to clients about late payments.
    Property Maintenance:
    • Maintain physical fitness through daily property walks, unit cleaning, opening/closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.)
    • Keep the facility in top condition by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, clearing storage units, and other light tasks.
    • Ensure a clean and safe storage area to meet company standards (e.g., tidy restrooms, landscaping, parking areas, fences, walls, doors)

    Additional Details for Consideration
    • Availability to work on Saturdays is a must.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation for work.
    • While fulfilling job duties, expect to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder frequently.
    Specific locations may require working hours on Sundays
