    Your Career

    As an essential member of the Recruiting Operations and Enablement Team, you will be providing essential support for the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will handle support cases, track and manage feature requests, support the multi-year roadmap, support implementing new enhancements, provide configuration, conduct testing, work on integrations with other applications, and report on system metrics. In addition to SmartRecruiters ATS, the ideal candidate will have experience working on in-house developed tools using data from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other internal systems.

    We are looking for an analytical and motivated individual who is a critical, creative thinker to drive and play a vital role in our dynamic and innovative group.

    This role requires superior organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals is imperative. To be successful in this role, you must be able to complete tasks and projects quickly with little guidance and dedicatedly tackle complex problems.

    You will work in conjunction with the ATS Product Team Owner handling support cases, tracking and managing feature requests, system configuration, conducting UAT, and managing documentation. You will also be able to create standard reports of recruiting activity.

    Your Impact

    • Support the product roadmap, support request and feature enhancements
    • Manage new product features including configuration, rollout and training
    • Assist in creation of and roll out of education trainings on recruiting tools, programs and Talent Acquisition Operations processes, including creating training, resource centers, and job aids for recruiters, employees, interviewers, and hiring managers
    • Maintain process documentation for role related responsibilities
    • Complete system configuration, UAT and maintain documentation of all configuration changes made in SmartRecruiters
    • Manage tickets created in ServiceNow and ensure quick response and resolution
    • Implement changes and improvements over time, and in alignment with new product releases
    • Identify and implement changes where the system configuration can be optimized to support a positive user experience, recruiter efficiency and compliance requirements
    • Track and identify data integrity issues and ensure team utilizes standard methodologies for data input and cleanup
    • Create reports and analyze ATS data to identify data
    • Adjust and maintain user access and permissions

    Qualifications

    Your Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR department
    • 2+ years of experience working as a SmartRecruiter administrator
    • Highly organized and efficient you get things done
    • Advanced knowledge of ATS (SmartRecruiters) and recruiting tools administration and customization
    • SmartRecruiter Systems Administration certification, preferred
    • Can advise, support, and conduct data analyses used to provide data sets for product owners to use in their own analyses, identify misuse of the product and data hygiene issues, and identify process improvement opportunities
    • Previous experience with tools using automated processes (such as RPA, robotic process automation) and APIs (Application Program Interface)
    • Team player who can identify creative ways to incentivize attention to detail and good data management in the ATS to help recruiters follow-through on our expectations of them
    • Ability to handle administrative details independently, exercise good judgment and keep team members appropriately informed
    • Can operate effectively under pressure, and has the capability to switch gears at a moments notice
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Solid experience with data analytics and an ability to creatively find ways to use inconsistent datasets to answer critical questions
    • Understanding of Workday integrations
    • Working knowledge of integrations between SmartRecruiters and Workday.

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $93,300/yr to $150,800/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
