- MD Degree or equivalent
- Board certified/eligible in Neurology.
- Completed Adult Neurology Residency training prior to start date.
- Eligible for Medical licensure in the state of New Mexico
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Epilepsy neurology fellowship
- 2-3 years of clinical experience managing neurology patients

UNM Neurology seeks an Epileptologist to join the Neurology team.
The position will be part of a team of faculty in providing quality patient care in the inpatient and outpatient setting at UNM Hospital.
Clinical responsibilities include coverage/call on adult neurology inpatient service, outpatient clinic in neurology or specialty clinics, and reading of inpatient and outpatient adult electroencephalograms (EEGs).
UNM Hospital is the tertiary care center for the State and the only Comprehensive Stroke Center, NAEC level 4 epilepsy center, and ALS / MDA center in the State.
The UNM Neurology Department has 45 full-time and part-time attending physicians and is home to well-established Residency and multiple Fellowship programs.
