- Support Audit leaders and department.
- Administrative needs including preparations of reports, presentations, calendar management, travel management, expenses and meeting coordination.
- Maintain and routinely input, compile, collection, and analyze moderately complex and confidential data for projects.
- Serve as a go-to for colleagues on technical, non-technical and procedural questions.
- Knowledgeable on general office policies and procedures.
- Attend team meetings, take notes and capture action items.
- May operate as part of the front desk relief rotation.
- May coordinate with Office Services staff to ensure adequate support is avaialble throughout the day for area of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Summer ECRM Clean-up.
- Update CRM.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism to handle front-facing duties.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Relevant administrative support experience; previous experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
- Effective organization and time management skills.

- Ability to take direction, follow procedures, and ask appropriate questions.
