    Job Description: Guest Experience and Owner Relations Manager

    Position Title: Guest Experience and Owner Relations Manager
    Department: Operations

    Position Summary:
    The Guest Experience and Owner Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring guests have a seamless stay while maintaining strong relationships with property owners. We are seeking a customer service enthusiast with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Guest Experience Management

    • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
    • Promptly respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests.
    • Implement guest satisfaction surveys to enhance service quality.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for property upkeep.
    • Develop and maintain guest information guides.
    • Manage on-site guest support services.

    Owner Relations Management
    • Act as the primary contact for property owners.
    • Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
    • Prepare detailed reports for owners.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize property listings.
    • Advise owners on market trends and property improvements.
    • Organize owner meetings and property reviews.

    Team Coordination and Training
    • Mentor team members on best practices.
    • Schedule and manage the guest experience team.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

    Operational Efficiency
    • Implement procedures to enhance guest and owner satisfaction.
    • Use property management software for streamlined operations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends for superior service delivery.

    Requirements:
    - Hospitality Management or Business Administration background.
    - 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or property management.
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
    - Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
    - Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
    - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Experience with short-term rental platforms.
    - Knowledge of local vacation rental market and trends.

    Working Conditions:
    - Office-based role with property visits.
    - Occasional travel for property inspections and meetings.
