Shift: 19:00 - 07:00

Weekend rotations are required, but requests for weekend shifts can be accommodated.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care team. This position involves providing high-quality care to adult patients, particularly those aged 65 and older. The ideal candidate will emphasize teamwork and deliver patient-centered care in a critical access hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care with a maximum ratio of 1:6
• Perform PICC/CVC management and wound care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and respiratory therapy
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for patient documentation and communication

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required
• Experience in Progressive Care, Med-Surg, or equivalent nursing experience is preferred
