- Review and approve budget estimates and staffing schedules on each project.
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, construction, and facility operation teams.
- Monitor project quality and progress to ensure requirements are met.
- Recommend and implement procedural improvements.
- Recruit, interview, and evaluate staffing and subcontractors.
- Support pre-contract and business development efforts.
- Develop engineering work scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Determine procurement work scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Participate in bid analysis to assess supplier capabilities.
- Ensure codes and standards compliance in work produced.
- Coordinate technical personnel assignments within the project.
- Assist Project Manager in directing project functions.
- Ensure client criteria are met by all engineering disciplines.
- Expedite distribution of action items following client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 15+ years of experience.
- Professional registration is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and project management principles.
- Current Industrial Manufacturing architectural and engineering practices.
- Project and program management expertise.
- Construction techniques, contract administration, and claim management knowledge.
- Proficiency in government regulations, safety procedures, and standards.
- Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multi-disciplined teams effectively.
- Ability to motivate and influence project stakeholders.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in PC and related software applications.
