Quality Assurance AdministratorOpen Book Extracts (OBX) seeks a highly meticulous, organized, and motivated individual with strong attention to detail to join our team as a Quality Assurance Administrator.
This individual will support cross-functionally in providing quality review and formatting of regulatory and production documents for compliance with regulatory authority requirements and client needs, as well as providing other operational support as needed.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Executes dispositioning and certificate of analysis dispositioning and sample processing for raw materials, WIP, and Finished GoodsManagement of third-party testing laboratory samplesConducts ATP swabbing for line clearance in Manufacturing AreaCompletes vendor evaluations and assigns vendor risk assessmentsWorks closely with colleagues across other departments to ensure that everyone is completing and submitting the necessary documentationAudits documentation from production areas including MMRs, BPRs, and Cleaning logs to ensure good documentation practices are being adhered toExecute testing of raw materials and finished products in support of release or materials (FTIR, microbial plating with petrifilm, water activity, brix, pH)
Assist in the collection and testing of stability samples in a timely and accurate manner for internal and external testingPackage stability samples by following current guidances to ensure appropriate storage/conditionsAssist in the collection of environmental swab samples for pathogen and ATP monitoring programsUnderstand and provides feedback for standard operating procedures to ensure operational accuracy and safetyExecutes dispositioning and certificate of analysis dispositioning and sample processing for raw materialsAll other duties as assignedQuality Assurance Administrator Requirements:
