    Job Description Job Description A smart tech goods manufacturing company is seeking a Logistics / Sales Operations Coordinator to work in their Long Beach distribution center.

    Will oversee the inbound/outbound shipments in a fast-paced office and distribution/warehouse environment.

    - 6:00 p.m.$18 - $24 / hourRequirements of the Logistics / Sales Operations Coordinator :Bachelors Degree preferred with experience in Logistics Coordination.

    Experience with ERP and WMS systems, FedEx/UPS software is a plus.
    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailAble to communicate and work well in a team environment.
    Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Word / Excel)

    Responsibilities of the Logistics / Sales Operations Coordinator :

    Processing inbound and outbound shipments to the companys wholesale customers as well as E-Commerce ordersCommunicate directly with the Customer Service Team to resolve any issues with orders.

    Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
    Coordinate UPS, FedEx, and other carriers as needed.
    Manage reporting to verify all E-Commerce orders have been fulfilled in a timely manner.
    Research and resolve any errors or issues delaying order fulfillment.
    Maintain excellent interdepartmental communication.
    Process all documentation for logistics coordination.
