    Our client, a leading healthcare system dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric care, is hiring a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join their dynamic team.

    The Pediatric Anesthesiologist will be responsible for administering anesthesia to pediatric patients across a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures, both in hospital and outpatient settings.

    The role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, participation in teaching activities, and involvement in scholarly research.

    Responsibilities:
    Provide anesthesia care for pediatric patients, including routine and complex cases, in both hospital and ambulatory settings.
    Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, CRNAs, residents, and fellows to ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery.
    Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to academic growth and scholarly activities.
    Assist with perioperative management, including preoperative assessments and postoperative care.
    Engage in quality improvement initiatives and research projects as part of the academic team.

    Requirements:
    Board Certification in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology or actively participating in the certification process.
    Ability to obtain a New York State Medical License.
    Completion of an approved Residency in Anesthesia.
    Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Demonstrated commitment to pediatric care and team-based collaboration.
