    Qualifications



    Positions require:

    • GED/High school diploma with a minimum of 1.5 years of behavioral health experience, or,
    • An associates degree in the field of medical or behavioral, or
    • A bachelor's degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience, or
    • A bachelor's degree in the field of behavioral, or
    • A master's degree or higher in the field of behavioral health
    • Computer skills (NextGen EMR preferred)
    • Valid Arizona driver's license
    • 21 years of age with a minimum 4 years driving experience
    • Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to apply for one within 7 working days of beginning employment
    • Pass a background check, TB test, and other pre-employment screening
