We are partnering with aschool in the Martinsville, Indianaarea to find a contracted, part-time, onsitePhysical Therapist (PT) for the school year. We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable candidate interested in helping students full-time in grades K - 12th to join our team.

As a School-Based Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of physical therapy programs that support the physical and functional needs of students. You will work closely with other educational professionals to ensure that students achieve their highest potential both physically and academically.

Requirements:

Must have a Masters or Doctoral Level Degree in Physical Therapy
Must hold an active Physical Therapist Indiana License
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Position Details:

08/06/ /23/2025
Part-Time, 2 - 3 days per week, approximately 20 hours per week
Caseload: K - 12th grade students, students on caseload, 5 - 6 school sites

General Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluatestudents' physical abilities, limitations, and needs
Design and implementindividualized treatment plans based on students' specific needs and goals.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective intervention strategies.
