- Design and develop machinery for final assembly processes, including lift, assist, and tooling for Electric Vehicles.
- Utilize Pro E or PTC (2 years minimum experience) for 3D modeling and drafting, with proficiency in other 3D software considered.
- Apply mechanical design principles to ensure robust and efficient machinery performance.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Incorporate pneumatic circuits into machine designs to optimize functionality.
- Utilize automotive industry knowledge to enhance design solutions and meet industry standards.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to validate and optimize assembly designs.
- Utilize fastening techniques effectively to ensure structural integrity and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering with direct customer interaction.
- Strong proficiency in Pro E or PTC, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Experience with other 3D software will be considered.
- Extensive experience in 3D design and drafting, with a thorough understanding of mechanical design principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
- Knowledge of pneumatic circuits and their integration into machine designs.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, particularly in final assembly processes, is highly desirable.
- Experience in conducting finite element analysis (FEA) for assembly designs is a wish.
