Starting Pay Rate: $28-30 an hour

Position Overview
We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily showroom operations and support overall store performance.
This is a leadership role within a retail environment. You will work directly with customers making large purchases, maintain showroom standards, and help drive results alongside management.
This is not a high pressure sales environment. It is a consultative retail role focused on helping customers make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the showroom floor and assist customers with premium purchases
- Support daily revenue goals and store performance
- Open and close the store
- Maintain showroom organization and product presentation
- Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Assist with inventory coordination and order follow-up
- Support training and accountability of team members
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail experience required
- Previous leadership or key holder experience preferred
- Comfortable discussing high value purchases
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Organized and self motivated
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience in fitness equipment, specialty retail, or home improvement is a plus but not required.
