    About this role:


    Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to support the Head of Consumer Data Products in Consumer Data, Analytics and AI as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking.


    In this role, you will:

    • Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
    • Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
    • Handle travel arrangements and CONCUR expense reimbursements
    • Perform onboarding and offboarding of employees
    • Support projects
    • Act as information source on group and company policies
    • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

    Required Qualifications:

    • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
    • Experience in managing calendars, travel and scheduling meeting and events
    • Experience onboarding and offboarding employees
    • Experience partnering with senior leaders in project capacity
    • Experience coaching and mentoring more junior administrative assistants
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
    • Serves as an extension of senior leadership adapting to culture of partnership, teamwork, result orientation and professionalism
    • Ability to adhere to confidentiality practices and guidelines
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Respond to requests and inquiries in timely manner
    • Demonstrates sound judgment when problem solving
    • Works well in a team environment, demonstrates respect and collaboration
    • Ability and willingness to collaborate with teammates to ensure appropriate support and coverage
